About Us

We're a mom and pop architectural practice in Austin, TX. Residential Remodeling, Infill housing, commercial interiors and other design/consultation services focused on problem-solving and sustainability (both environmental and financial!)

Chris Allen is a registered architect (Barch '87, UT Austin) with experience in design and construction going back to the early 80's. His first job in Austin was at Featherlite Precast Concrete- which 25 years later would become the site of our Chestnut Commons project!

Gina Allen's degrees in Real Estate Finance and Marketing (BA '84, UT Austin) combine with experience in development feasibility analysis and design to give our micro-firm a unique set of skills.

Residents of the vibrant Rosedale neighborhood in Central Austin for more than 20 years, Gina and Chris have both been long-time advocates for the neighborhood, working with developers to make Rosedale one of Austin's most livable neighborhoods.
